- Jan Rose★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst . BK. ever. Went thru the drive thru , ordered 2 meals and $1 to the charity they were pushing. Got to the window and were told they couldn't take cards. Only cash. We asked why they didn't tell us, they said they did. Funny how neither of us heard that. They proceeded then to be rude "yeah ok bye bye" as we were speaking to them. So we hand back the bags of food and went to McDonald's where we were treated to an accurate order and polite service for less $$. We won't make the BK mistake again. By the way, wouldn't a sign at the drive thru menu be a good idea if you can't accept cards instead of hoping your employees remember to tell customers? Just a thought.
